The Senior Account Advisor for Client Experience is responsible for managing and leveraging relationships directly (at a senior level) within our large named accounts to promote increased visibility, sponsorship and continually show the value of JDP. The Senior Account Advisor for Client Experience will represent the entire range of JDP products and services and identify potential upsell opportunities. An ideal candidate for Senior Account Advisor for Client experience will lead the strategic direction of the account by establishing and articulating account growth and client satisfaction goals that align with the client’s expectations.

The Client Services Representative will answer calls and emails to resolve questions and concerns from our clients. A successful Client Service Representative will be an advocate of the client and will provide an experience that exceeds the expectation of the person with whom they are interacting. Client Service Representatives should have an outgoing and positive demeanor, motivated, energetic work ethic, and have a track record of working well in a fast-paced environment and with others in a team environment.
Responsible for processing products related to employment background screening applications. Accountable for working within client and credit reporting agency guidelines in order to provide minimal turnaround and high quality results on requests. Each request must be handled professionally and in a timely manner, adhering to company policies and procedures. The position is fast-paced, requires tremendous attention to detail and the ability to work within a team environment is required.
