JDP is looking for a full-time, contract to hire, Chicago-based (remote) Marketing Copywriter to develop content for a wide range of online and traditional marketing projects including websites, inbound/outbound email campaigns, sell sheets, white papers, case studies, video scripts, ad copy, press releases and other related content.
The primary focus of the job is content development for JDP and related company projects - so if you don’t enjoy performing research and writing, this is not the job for you.
This position is best suited for a candidate with experience in marketing, public relations and/or mass communications. In addition to a solid grasp of general marketing principles and tools, excellent written communication and online research skills are essential to the success of this position. In addition, the Marketing Copywriter must have the ability to manage projects, organize information, interview subject matter experts and deliver on deadlines.
