    JDP Business Development Representatives are responsible for outbound calls resulting in appointments and live demonstrations for the JDP Sales Team. 

     

    Top performers can transition into leadership roles within the department or Territory Sales Managers based on year-to-year performance.

     

    JDP was founded to help its clients minimize potential liabilities and choose the right person for the job during the candidate selection process and throughout the individual's time with the organization.  Our robust dataset and screening technology informs our clients' decision making, providing them a more thorough understanding of who they are potentially bringing on board.  Going beyond just supplying data, we support our clients by hand checking all reportable results to ensure accuracy, work diligently to produce the shortest turnaround time possible, and back all service with the highest level of customer support found in the industry.

     

    Responsibilities

    • Utilize campaign email managers, telephone and direct email and sourcing opportunities to set appointments.
    • Identify decision makers and key influential users in the buying process.
    • Research, identify, and outline industry, geographical information, turnover and potential need for JDP services.
    • Utilize online scheduling system for bookings and track all attendance, audience participation and follow through by JDP Sales Team.
    • This individual is NOT responsible for sales, simply introductions to the value we bring our clientele.

    Qualifications

    • You are a self starter and require very little hand holding after thorough training is conducted.
    • You have a formal background calling for insurance companies, campaigns, telecommunications, alumni associations, etc.
    • You are inspired by great products and want to work with a product and company you can believe in.
    • You aren't afraid of cold calling potential clients to prospect for basic information to pass on to our sales team.
    • You like being part of a team-based sales process.  When the team succeeds, all individuals are rewarded.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proficient in MS Office products.
