Overview

Responsible for working with clients and their applicants to facilitate accuracy and timely resolution to their requests. Individuals in this role respond to inquiries via phone or e-mail. Each request must be handled professionally and in a timely manner, adhering to company policies and procedures. The position is fast-paced, requires tremendous attention to detail and the ability to work within a team environment is required.

EXPERIENCE:

  • 1 – 3 years of customer service experience

 

EDUCATION:

  • H.S. Diploma Required
  • Associates Degree or Higher Preferred

 

OTHER:

  • Bi-lingual a plus
  • Familiarity with FCRA a plus
  • If business needs dictate, mandatory overtime may be required.


PHYSICAL DEMANDS / WORK ENVIRONMENT:

  • Must be able to sit / stand for 8 hours.
